Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your scheduled service. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, will result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Clients who provide at least 24 hours’ notice may transfer their deposit to a rescheduled appointment. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. 🤍
